Biography

She was born in Iraq in 1945, and has participated in many film, TV and stage productions. She graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts, Department of Acting in Baghdad in 1967, where she studied under the late great theater director Ibrahim Jalal, who gave her a leading role in his famous play The Flood.
