Shayne Alexander Bower, better known by his ring name Biff Wellington, was a Canadian professional wrestler who was born, raised, and died in Calgary, Alberta. Shayne Bower trained with the Hart Brothers school by Keith Hart, Mr. Hito and Hiroshi Hase.
