Joemer Dulatre (Joe-mer Doo-la-tray) is a Philippine native with aspirations of becoming an action superstar in the Hollywood business industry. With visual inspirations from Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan & Jet Li, Joemer's upbringing has led him to obtain his black belt in the Jai Yen Yen martial arts at the age of 13.
