Victoria Ann Miller was born on November 7, 1997 in Cleveland, Ohio united states. To Ann Miller (single mother) her mother is of Irish and German descent. I am an only child and was raised in Brunswick Ohio. I first started modeling when I was 19 and it was for Arts International in Burbank California.
