Biography

Jeff was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. At an early age he showed a desire to be in the spotlight demanding attention from his parents especially if there was a camera rolling. As he progressed thru school he participated in school plays and musicals. Jeff displayed a knack for comedy and was able to turn the smallest of roles into big laughs and memorable moments.
