McHugh (January 22, 1894 – February 22, 1971) was an American film actor who appeared in more than 200 films between 1931 and 1955, primarily in small cameo parts. McHugh came from a theatrical family. His parents ran a stock theatre company and, as a young child, he performed on stage.
