Born on May 3, 1943, Drauzio Varella is a physician, writer, and communicator who has built one of the most remarkable and respected careers in Brazilian medicine. His ability to democratize health information goes far beyond the clinic, teaching the public about prevention, exercise, and healthy habits through radio, television, the internet, and more than 20 published books.
