Overview
Kazbek Daglarov is the director of the boarding house "Lastochka". Yaramazov is busy drilling his well, and the minister is passing on unnecessary information about him to Fatima Khanum. Finally, Fatima Khanum sets a condition for Kazbek. If the girls' track and field team from Krasnodar come to stay at the boarding house, she will fire Kazbek.
